High-resolution Crisis Core scan

New Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII magazine scan

Despite some drama in the forums, the FFVII Compilation Network still has frequent updates on all of its sites. The newest of which is a magazine scan (which magazine isn’t specified) that contains a scan of a CG render of a very, very young Cloud in a Shinra grunt uniform and carrying a gun from the upcoming Crisis Core PSP game. There are other images on the page as well; two of Cloud, one of which also contains Zack, and one of Zack and Sephiroth. There is also an image of the summon monster Odin, confirming that he, too, will be in the game.

Crisis-Core: Final Fantasy VII theme song

This is a beautiful song. Hard to believe it’s supposed to be the theme song of a PSP game.

The song is called “Why” and the artist is a J-Pop singer by the name of Ayaka. A friend of mine has recently become obsessed with Ayaka through her roommate and has been gushing about how good her music is. I really think I ought to give it a listen.

Can’t wait for Crisis-Core to arrive. Too bad I don’t own a PSP, though. 😦 Really wish it could be ported to PS2. You’d think it would be considering how big of a deal it is.

Book of the Moment

Just for fun I have decided to include a small “Book of the Moment” blurb on my sidebar (or bottom if I choose one of those layouts in the future). I decided to start off with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Sure, I finished it a few weeks ago, but meh. It’s not going to be a “currently reading” type of thing, because what if the book I’m currently reading sucks? I don’t want to subject you all to that type of torture! I’m not that cruel!

In any case, I liked Deathly Hallows, and since it’s still so new and lots of people are still talking about it, I figured why not, eh?

I also plan to have a “Movie of the Moment,” “Game of the Moment,” and maybe a “CD/Band of the Moment,” too. Because I can. 😛

In any case, here’s the info for my first ever “Book of the Moment.” 🙂

Pilot Episode

So, this is my very first entry in this blog on this site. This is basically just a test. I am researching blog sites for a group at my school. I actually created an account here because I feel that this is is, as they say, cool?

lulz I sound like a freak, don’t I?

I look forward to playing around with my templates and the CSS and maybe even turning this blog into something more. It will be fun to get my groups blog up and running, too! ^_^
